This place is quiet and cozy, just what I needed for my solo getaway. The staff was super welcoming, ready to help with anything. The location? Not right in the thick of it, but had a solid walk feelin’ the city vibe. Plus, I found some cute cafes around. A great little secret!

Climbing three floors without an elevator may frustrate guests!!! The air conditioning unit is annoyingly loud and hinders anyone from fully closing the curtains!!! The limited pool chairs don't cater well to all guests during peak times!!!

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice kitchenette, perfect for family stays. The hotel features a high-end coffee machine in the lobby, delivering excellent espresso. However, management's response to a serious issue in the parking lot was disappointing, and there was a lack of concern and follow-up from staff that left us feeling uneasy. Additionally, the hotel's location is somewhat removed from the main tourist attractions, making it less convenient.

It was a well-suited match for a city break in Quebec City with good value for money. I loved the local church nearby, where I observed charming interactions among the residents. Make sure to check out the cafe collective next door for great coffee.
